Presidency 6th International Yacht Races – Çanakkale Victory Cup

The postponed races of the Çanakkale Victory Cup will be held on 22–24 August 2025.

The Cup consists of three races:

• 1 Istanbul Strait Race

• 1 Offshore Race

• 1 Çanakkale Strait Race

The awards for the special race held in the Istanbul Strait on 23 April, National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, will be presented at a later date. Due to the Istanbul earthquake on 23 April 2025, the Istanbul – Çanakkale Offshore Race and the Çanakkale Strait Race were postponed to 22–24 August 2025.

Teams completing all three races in the series will receive their awards at a special ceremony in Çanakkale on 24 August 2025.

Following the Çanakkale Strait Race on 24 August 2025:

• Winners in the ORC and Cruising classes will be awarded at a grand ceremony in Çanakkale.

• The first boat to finish the Istanbul – Çanakkale Offshore Race will receive the Çanakkale Cup Line Honours Award.

Winners of the Istanbul Strait Race on 23 April will be awarded special prizes at a future ceremony in Istanbul, based on the Bosphorus leg results.

The races will be held under ORC and Cruising classes. The categories open to entry will be announced in the Notice of Race. As a condition of entry, participating teams must provide proof of a minimum donation of 5,000 TL to any registered NGO. Teams who pre-register will benefit from special advantages.
